Pros
- convenience to West End
- easy access to major highways (64 and 295)
- huge community pool
- ample parking
Cons
- noisy. I could hear I-64 traffic, even though my building was one of the farthest from the highway
- little/no security. I knew of non-residents that could punch in the code for the security gate to gain access. Also, I knew of residents from neighboring communities that would frequently use the pool.
- rude maintenance staff. One of them gave me an attitude problem when I called in something. Another time, they left my pantry light on and I thought a burglar had come in
- excessive move-out fees. They claimed to have photos of the damage I caused, but they never sent it to me. WATCH OUT FOR THE OUTRAGEOUS FEES THEY WILL CHARGE UPON MOVE-OUT!
- apartment was just old. The deck that I had looked like it could have fallen apart at anytime SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
