You get Exorbitant water bill, unreasonable electric bill and free cigarette smell, smoke from near by apartment. Do not regret for faulty and junky bathroom fittings it will turn hot water in to burning hot automatically in middle of your bath because nobody will listen to your cry inside and out side bathroom.
