I lived here for 9 months! I like the clubhouse and all the fancy extras! The staff is very snooty and they think they are better than the residents. The gym is cool. The apts are crap! The apt above me had a flood and it came through the ceiling they didn't do anything just busted through my walls and didn't even clean up the mess! The pool is huge but its only 4 or 5 feet deep! These apts are for show on the outside such a disappointment on the inside! All the apts need to be renovated with new applicances! This place is too expensive probably because they are using the rent money to pay for their fancy clubhouse!

Ok I have been there since october and my apt DOES have upgrades. So they are doing things to the apartments. These places are GREAT You are just jealous b/c you did not get any upgrades. The peeps in the office are sooo sweet. they always ask me how I am doing when I am in there. Ask me if my apartment is ok. Just down to earth nice people. Genuine. podcivc03, You're blinded by 3 blonds...let something bad happen with your apt, those blue eyed blonds change to arrogant, snobbish, "how dare you want hot water in your apt", smart mouths. Get a clue...and then play the game. Obviously, you lived in a barn before you moved to Dominion, hence the reason you think you're living good. What an idiot!

I know from personal experience that the girls in the office submit maintenance requests as soon as possible, if not immediately. The maintenance crew gets backed up with higher priority requests such as A/C, but have fixed things fairly quickly when I ask a second time after a day or two.
