With several floods coming from upper floors within 6 months, improper painting repair job done after flood overhaul, numerous requests for service regarding a broken toilet, 0 parking, arrogant staff, and an overpriced rent where you are paying for location rather than an actual home, I wouldnt waste my time or money again by renewing, or even applying for those of you inquiring. Oh hey....did I mention the ever increasing undercover/uniformed police in the neighborhood, with an instance last week where I witnessed a uniformed officer running full speed through the neighborhood' I thought this was Short Pump, not Gilpin. Rent elsewhere, and dont regret staring at the amount of poorly spent moeny on your rent check each month.

podcivc03, you're a small minded idiot. This is not about the "Short Pump norm" it's merely a consumer desiring to get what they are paying for. The rent at Dominion is quite high when you consider the incompetence of contractors and maintenance, lack of office staff assistance and incidences of crime. This place is the ghetto of Short Pump. Live here (Dominion West End)...your snide remarks will evolve into agreement.
