Don't buy "the only gated community" line. Gate has been inoperable for over a year. Also, right up the road, Madison at Spring Oak has a gate that looks like it works. Office staff is stuck up and snobish. Fitness center is disgusting. They do not maintain/clean the area, don't leave towels and spray to wipe machines when you are done, and it is poorly ventilated, which is a huge problem when the majority of residents who use it are of a certain ----------- that tends to have a distinct ----.

I spoke with management, and I know that they are currently in the process of replacing the gates.
