I am surprised this property has not been commented on sooner. This place is dirty and loud. Me and my roomate are in shock about the electric bill. This place has so many holes and no insalation.

Roaches are all over. Creepy maintenance guys and this place needs to be cleaned. I always have a party to go to on the weekends here.

i never in my life had to live with roaches until i moved here i told my roomate that maybe we should take care of the roaches as pets since they werent going anywhere no matter what we did and our electric bill was never less then 120....

I have lived here for 2 years and I will stay of course! I have NEVER had an electric bill over $60. Maybe you should try energy conservation! Duh!
