this apartment building is the worst ever. the walls are paper thin so i can even hear my neighbors cough! they allow pets but they dont supply an area where the pets can relieve themselves so the tenates lets their pets relieve themselves in halways, on the walkway and right in front of the building door. (and maintance simply walks around this i guess when they come into the building because no one cleans it up) so when someone comes to visit you the first thing they are greeted with is the smell of urine and a nice pile of fecies. the front door is suppose to be security code entrance but the code is so easy anyone can figure it out, the door never locks or is broken off the hinges, or proped open. if someone wanted to rob any of us in this apt building they can with ease! ------- ------- is soooo late all of the time and she never NEVER answers her phone for nothing!!! i waited for an hour for her one day and missed classes. when i called her supervisor ------ ------- to complain all she said was "...im sorry but ------- is very busy with other clients, and im sure she will be there as soon as she can..." wtf' can i at least get a call stating to me that she was going to be late'' she had no problems calling me when one of my friends were late! so why couldnt i get a phone call when SHE was going to be late'

the building is poorly constructed. my apt sits on a slant and the ac dosnt kick on unless the thermastat is on like 70 or lower so that means my electricity bill is through the roof. it took maintance four months to come out and fix the leak i had coming out of my wall and im still waiting for them tto fix the rat and flea problem and i didnt even have a pet! how did my apt get infested with fleas'! (ive been calling since march and my lease is over july 1) when i first moved in the apt was dirty and dusty when i called ------ to see if someone was going to clean it up for us (like normal apt building owners do) she said yes, we showed up the next day....the apt still looked like crap.

the cable is included but we get like 10-20 channels (and its mostly channels no one cares to watch ie: history, bloomberg, CNN, etc) and they claim we have Dish Network and the internet is slow and you are lucky if you have it for the whole day.

no body with the company is helpful. as long as they have your money they do not care about you and they will take your money and run and tell you theres nothing that can be done because you signed a contract. i think if i lived in section 8 housing i would have had a much better living experience. this was my first year out of the dorms and after living here im wishing i never left the dorms....

if you like slow to no service and would like to live in a rundown apt with little to no maintance work done to it then move in here if not then please dont live here and dont give this company your money. i wouldnt suggest eagle mill lofts either, they look pretty but they are worse then here.
