Please do not give this company your money. Would you really want to live at a place that has 4 complaints filed on them with the Better Business Bureau during the last 36 months. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything. There are no places where people can throw their pet waste in, so people just allow their pets to relieve themselves anywhere, so when you come out of your building, the smell of dog feces and urine over powers you. The office people are somehow never available if you need to talk to them and the same goes for the maintenance workers. No one wants to answer their phones even when there is an emergency. The T1 internet connection is about the same speed as dial up and the so called DirecTV only has 23 channels with maybe 2/4 of them working on a constant basis. For all the money that you pay in rent, you then do not have washer and dryers in the actual apartment, but it will cost you $1.50 to wash your clothes and $1.50 to also dry them. There is never a notice ahead of time if they are going to shut off the power or water for a day; they will tell you the day before at a late hour or the day of. My experience living her has been terrible.
