I have been living in Eagle Mill for almost a year now. I have no complaints what-so-ever on the management company. The only problems that I have had is with residents that are not very considerate of others. From the first day that I called in to inquire about the apartments I was treated as a member of the family. Everyone that I have dealt with has been so nice and helpful. The people in the building are a bit messy and leave their trash all over and sometimes dog feces which is quite disturbing although I find it hard to beleive that this would be the fault of the management company. I can sometimes hear other people in their apartments if they have a lot of people over, but all of my neighbors are very considerate. As for people saying that there are bugs in the apartments, I have never had a bug. i would reccomend anyone live here as Genesis has been great to work with.
