I lived here for two years. I want to give an honest review about these townhomes so I will tell the positives as well as the nagatives. I will start with the positives. First they are nice looking very presentable tonehomes. The are not a typicall apartment and when you drive up to your house you dont get the apartmnet feel. The walls are very sound proof I never heard noise from dogs, tvs, or anything. Nice looking ammenties. I say nice looking because if you look to close you will notice most of them are very cheap and fake. for instance they rave about their hardwood floors, well they are laminate (not the same thing) they do have nice appliances but you will notice the fridge is kind of a mini fridge (not full size at all) The paint they use in the home is so flat that if you breath to close to it you will get a mark on your wall. The blinds are pretty but again they are faux wood blinds and are really made of plastic. I have no complaints about the bathrooms at all, big bathtubs nice fixtures. I lived in a one bedroom so I had two closets which was nice. The yards were will kept but at times I felt like I was being watched by the guy on the golfcart anytime I walked my dog or sat on my front porch. They have a great gym, awesome pool, very nice clubhouse and if you use all those things then you might get your moneys worth. They also have a dog park, tennis courts and walking trail which keep in mind you share with the other complex (The villiage) and these people are paying half what you will pay in rent and are always using these ammenties. They do plan fun community activities which are cool if you are favored by the leasing staff, if your not you will go to one of these events feeling very uncomfortable and out of place. Be prepared that when you renew your lease they will raise the rent(and not tell you),and forget to tell you about specails that your neighbors are taking advantage of. Move out was awfull, they tried to send us a letter stating an earlier move out day. Once we moved out we did the walk through. After the walk through we got a statment with added items that were not noted in the walk through (illigel) they charged for the dumbest normal wear and tear. Oh and if you have a pet not only do you pay a depsoit that you dont get back you also pay pet rent and when you move out it covers NOTHING! I would reccomend this to someone who is not looking to live here more than a year or has not pets. The houses are nice but area is not great like the posting says, its a classy ghetto. The estatesa are classy however look at the surrounding area. Ps- good luck with the ac ours broke 3 times and soaked through the ceiling and damaged my computer! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
