Dishonest leasing staff and poorly constructed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The places are supposedly "brand new" but do not appear that way based on the amount of flawes in it. The leasing/management staff of this property is very dishonest, immature, and unorganized. They play games and appear to be "didsy." I have yet to meet and speak with the Property Manager. I cannot wait until my lease is up. I agree with the previous person's ratings of this apartment community. The apartments look good from the outside but really are not all that from the inside. There too high priced and constructed from poor building materials. I have noticed that the toilets stop up easily and the AC breaks down a lot. The water pressure is too high. I think they have it set up that way so your utility bills will be sky high. You could have purchased a house for the amount you pay in rent for these places. Definitely do your homework first and do not be too quick to make a decision on a place. Once you sign that lease your locked in for a year, which sucks! Best of luck and happy apartment hunting!
