I was just reading what the two complete idiots had to say about where we live. I have no idea where they live but it's not the same place that I do! First of all, if you have problems with your water pressure, call maintenance. That's what I did. They were there within the hour and now my water is perfect. They said it was just a matter of calibrating to the pressure. As for the A/C I was told that you can't charge an air conditioner in the dead of winter and that is when most of these apartments were done. So, yes, they had to charge the A/C's. The A/C guy (Great guy, by the way!) told me (and this was in late March) that they were charging A/C's so they would be ready for summer. I don't know what that wacko was talking about when he referenced the parking. I moved here in December. All of the apartments around me are full and I have ample spots in front of and around me.

As for the office staff, I think they are AWESOME!!! A lot of them live on property and I have become to know them. They are very accomodating and will bend over backwards to make sure that we are happy.

I have lived in quite a few apartments and have never seen anything like this. It is like being at a resort every day of your life. You have access to the clubhouse where there is a gym, pool, screening room, business center, conference room and billiards parlor. The pool is like nothing I have ever seen before. The landscaping and grounds are beautiful as well. I tell everyone that I know about The Estates...that's why my friend suggested that I come to this web-site.
