This place is terrible, worse than off campus living during college.

accomedations are shared with ghetto community across the street
parking iissues
poorly constructed townhouses
utility bills higher then told by sales rep
Sales reps lie,
If you like getting value your your money, stay the h*ll away from this place. There is nothing positive. I wouldn't recommend this place to an ex-lover who cheated .
Ask to speak to residents before signing a lease, you are likely to find a few "favorites"but the true residents wont lie.
