This place is a joke!! First off, I've lived at many different appt. units throughout my time and I must say looks aren't everything! Upon viewing this unit we were impressed, keeping in mind we walked through briefly. When we did move in later coming home from work was a surprise when you can't even park in front of your own place. They don't even reserve one space per unit! It's just first come first serve!! Oh, and if you rent an outragously expensive garage you can forget about parking close to your unit, my garage is at the otherside of the entire community, did they actually expect me to walk 1/2 a mile after a long day at work'
Another issue, the thermostat for the a/c and heating is upstairs. Now does that make any sense at all''' If you turn on your a/c in July, when its 90-95 degrees and very hot you would expect that the whole appt. (only 900 sq. ft.) would cool down. When acctually the downstairs is an icebox, while the upstairs is unbarable!
I'm sure that we are not the only ones who have trouble with the toilets constantly, or the only ones who can smell some kind of sewage problem. I would definatley make this place my last option if I had known better. Scratch that, I would not have made this place an option to live had I know better, especially because they only show nice, not a over priced problem filled apartment that tries to look like something they're not.
