I moved in in April and I love it! Everytime I go into the office eveyone is so friendly! Maybe if you people wouldn't go in with an attitude you would get your "issues" taken care of immediatly, HELLO that's just common sense which i've found that most of you don't have by talking to your over paid, ignorant selves! You can't find an apartment community in richmond that compares to the Estates. Of course you're going to have maintenance issues YOU'RE LIVING IN AN APARTMENT!!!!! you're going to have parking issues, again YOU'RE LIVING IN AN APARTMENT!!!!! GET OVER IT if you don't like it BUY A HOUSE! The Estates have taken adequate measures to assure people that you can't hear your neighbors, that's why they have FIRE WALLS, the best walls you can buy, cheap' i think not. Did you also know that your apartment has all the upgrades that make life easier, do you know how much that company spent on that stuff' i REALLY wouldn't complain about the rent if i were you because you're getting that apartment cheap then what they are paying for your apartment. you don't have membership fees to the FREE clubhouse might i remind you! I just have to say GET OVER YOURSELF!!!!
