Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
These apartments are attractive on the outside but not a place you would want to live. My townhouse had only two vents in the upstairs (one in the bathroom which was so small you could hardly turn around and one in the bedroom). There was always a 15 degree difference in the temp. upstatirs and down. In the summer I had to live on the ground floor because the upstairs would never cool down despite the a/c running continuously. And the winter was spent upstairs trying to get warm. Very high electric/gas bills with no relief. Maintenance was useless. I also had the pleasure of enjoying my neighbors loud music for the entire year. Noise was definitely an issue that was never resolved by the staff. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
