Estates at Horsepen

REAL Review From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   First of all let me state that I am not an employee of the Estates at Horsepen, a friend of an employee and/or sleeping with an employee. Actually I never really had much contact with the employees. That is probably because I enjoyed my one year stay there. I would have stayed longer but I bought a home. I have lived in apartments all up and down the east coast for the past 10 years and the Estates has to be one of the better apartments I lived in. I agree the price is a bit high but if you want 'brand new' you have to pay for it. The staff was friendly and responsive. Maintenance ALWAYS left a note and responded within 24 hours. The grounds were nice and maintained. Parking was never a problem but I can see how it could be BUT parking is nearly always a problem at apartment complexes. Bottom line. IT IS AN APARTMENT!!! Go buy a home if you think you can do a better job.
