I went to the estates of horspen . I was impressed with all the amenities . I decided this was for me . I dealt with the manager . When I came back to fill out the application she was off . Part-time girl took my application never once did she say to me . If I change my mind I would not get my $300 deposit back . None of the paperwork that I have states that anywhere . I decided the townhouse style with stairs they have would not work for me . They have another property called the Hamptons they are on one floor . It really would suit me better . I called the manager at Estates at Horsepen and explain what I wanted to do . This sweet friendly girl changed completely . She told me she would send all the paperwork to the Hamptons which is owned by the same company . But she would not give me my deposit back . The only way she would do it is if I signed the lease at the Hamptons . The problem is the Hamptons once a $300 deposit to put you on a waiting list and it might take to three months before one is available . Does that seem fair . What ever happened to courtesy and I would like to do business with you . Not take it or leave it . I tried to get in touch with a supervisor of course she was too busy to talk . So beware . Of who you are dealing with .
