Thinking of moving to the Estates at Horsepen' Please don't waste your money! We had our lease terminated, despite having a record of being excellent tenants, because we endured two winters without sufficient heat. The situation got so bad that we hired (at our own expense) a certified technician, who verified our fears about the whole heating system, saying that the system was installed incorrectly, and that it would cost thousands of dollars to repair it. Managements response' We have done all that we can do, despite our verifiable proof. It got so bad that we would go to our car for a few minutes and turn on the heater, just to warm up. In my opinion, this is just an uncaring, over-priced complex, with totally incompetant people working there. If you doubt me, just see how many tenants, or staff for that matter, stay there for any appreciable amount of time. We were told , in essence, that they couldn't fix the problem , so good-bye.

The management is horrible....I still live here and can't wait to my lease is up.
