Estates at Horsepen

Trouble...never again From: Raisonheck Date posted: 1/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   When I first went Estates at horspen I thought it was the best Apartment I seen in a while although it was really price the amenities made it worth it. Been there for 9 months and seen 2 or 3 new property managers come and go. This last one is about money and nothing more. My lease is up and I'm being told that I have to stay an additional 60days because I didn't give proper vacant letter....even though they sent my "courtesy letter" less then 30 days of my end of lease so I had no way to give 60days. I talked to several personnel and know one is able to do anything and even had a nerve to be rude and out talk me (very unprofessional) So, I'll do my extra 60days at a higher rent rate and that is it for anything associated with the PEN....literally! Greedy management lack of professionalism = they suck
