They are fine From: heatherjhice@gmail.com Date posted: 7/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I've written a total of 3 reviews of this apartment complex. I will probably write a forth when I move out to review that process. Yes it is always too hot upstairs and cold downstairs. Yes, the toilets always clog. Yes in May and June you can always expect a small infestation of millipedes and centipedes. But it is an apartment and you can't expect it to be perfect. They are nice, and the grounds are pretty. The rent is not really that bad. I have not had to deal with the staff that much, so I can't really comment on them. I recommend the apartment, but only for those who keep in mind that this is a temporary place to live, something to live in before you get a house. I've lived here for 3 consecutive years, and for one year when it first opened, in a different apartment. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
