Pros and Cons

I have lived in 2 different apartments in the Estates. Pros and Cons;
Pros:
-thick walls, I never hear my neighbors and as far as I know, they don't hear me
-always ample parking
-maintenence always shows up when asked
-new appliances
-clean apartment upon move-in
-management is friendly but usually has to check with "someone" before they can make decisions
Cons:
-funny bugs and lots of them. have had apartment sprayed several times and either they are not spraying the right places or not enough, but the bugs come back
-maintenence does sloppy jobs repairing things
-we asked to be there for the final inspection and were not called. then, they charged us for replacing the carpet without giving us a chance to fix it when we had only moved 4 doors down
-also charged us for more than 50 holes in the wall, but that was not stated in lease. Was able to get refunded for that
-had some electrical issues and realized that our apartment was wired incorrectly and had to be repaired
Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex. While overpriced, the apartments are spacious and comfortable.
