I lived at the estates for 2 years, the townhomes are amazing, and when I moved out they only charged me for cleaning the carpet (which is stated on the lease) and a stain drawer(which I have to admit, I did stain the drawer). I took good care of my apartment like it was my own and did a really good cleaning when I moved out to make sure I got my deposit back!.. the leasing consultants and the manager have great customer service. if you place a work order is taken care of immediately! the only issue I had was parking, but that was it..
