Used to be great, now poor maintenance

I've lived in Fox Rest for 20 years and for the first 10-15 years I stayed due to the good price, large size and quality maintenance and office staff. Now I've stayed cause I don't like moving. Maintenance has deteriorated to very poor as every job seems to take multiple visits. For the past 3-4 summers the air conditioning has only worked partially and this year it seems that mgt is choosing saving money over resident satisfaction as they continue to try to put band-aids on a very old system that needs replacement. Yes after 20 years I am finally going to have to move
