I lived at Fox Rest for five years because it was so close to my work, and cheap.
Each year my car was vandalized and the cops were there at least three times a year to throw somebody in jail.
The buildings are old and they don't fix them.
If you wonder why they have "FREE" utilities, move there and find out. The AC doesn't work, it's a chiller system that never cools below 76. They have to "switch" the systems in the Fall and Spring, so you either freeze or boil depending on the season.
The worst thing about the buildings is they keep the trash inside, in the basement, so when you walk in the first thing you smell is garbage.
The people there don't give a damn about anything, and the neighboring complexes are worse.
