First off you have to think about what you are getting for the price that you are paying. For our first apartment it was ok. It sounded like a elephants above us and a lady with a stick up her butt below us. Things went wrong as in all apartments but we would call it in and they ususally came in a timely manner. Parking was a JOKE! Most of the time we either had to park in the back on the road or a couple of buildings down. Laundry is a whole story in it's self. You have to pay $1.00 to wash in this little machine and then $1.00 to dry in a dryer that if you were lucky would dry your clothes in one sitting. And yes the walls are PAPER thin. I could hear everything my neighbors did at night. Thank God my son's room was not the one attatched to it. He didn't need to hear all that. We never had any problems with anyone trying to break into our car or anyone stealing our packages. It's good if you are looking for a first apartment or noise doesn't bother you.
