Depending on what you are willing to put up with, this could or could not be the place for you.

Moving in is fine, although the office staff are slow to respond (if they ever do). Getting anything fixed while living there is impossible unless your apartment is flooding, mine did 4 times in 2 years, try not to get the ground floor. And moving out is a nightmare (again because of the staff).

Washers and dryers on site, expensive but they work ok.

Parking is limited, and you will sometimes be forced to park on the street.

Grass is not cut often and will overgrow.

Safety is a bit of an issue. There have been several accounts of shootings, molesting and general harassment in this area.

Office staff are unfriendly, unresponsive and rude. Maintenance staff are all friendly, just hard to get in touch with (they have so much to do!).

Bottom line:
If you are a family DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you are a young couple, single or college student it is bearable for the price - but only if there is not another option. For example a house in the fan for the same price!

i have had an excellent experience since the new property manager took over. he returns phone calls and is great in getting the maintainance staff to fix your problems even if it takes them a few tries. He will even come to your apartment to see it first hand. great price and attention to detail.
