I had such high hopes when I moved in here in Feb 09, but they were quickly dashed. I am soooo disappointed.

I will start this by saying the office staff are, overall, nice. And the maintenance team seems to be pretty quick and efficient.

That being said, my list of complaints seems to be getting bigger by the week. I am a single mother and have felt less than safe here. My car has been broken into twice. There are people hanging out and making a lot of noise at all hours, although this is fairly minimal and only occasional in my section. I have a friend stay over several nights a week to make a 'male' appearance. I have gotten him a parking pass since I moved in for 30 days at a time. I think this is rediculous that I have to get a parking pass renewed every 30 days, but I understand. I recently went into the office to get the pass renewed and they told me they would only give it for 7days at a time and not only that but it can't be renewed back-to-back. "So, you're now telling me who I can and can't have at my apartment'''!!!" I asked the new manager about this and she said she is a stickler on rules and those are the rules. She also said that if someone is staying there that often they are not a visitor. I can't have them on my lease, that would be rediculous!!! There is visitor parking, but it is always full. I am not happy at all.
Another compalint is the walls are paper thin... you can hear everything next to and above or below you.

As far as what is advertized, look carefully. There is no clubhouse w/ amenities. No tennis court nets. The playgrounds are less than desireable.
People actually laugh when I tell them I live here. This doesn't say much for these apartments.

I will definitely be looking for another place when my lease is up. I am trying to 'make it' as a single mom and am very disappointed I don't even feel safe or comfortable in my own place.

Think carefully before you move in... there are much nicer places right down the street that are not a whole lot more per month.

i still have my parking pass.. its yours if you want it at least it will get you through having to deal with that "nice" person in the office!

omg the new manager does not have any people skills!!! i just miss jennifer!!!!its a shame how the treat the residents that pay their salary
