I have lived in 5 different apartment complexes. This is the only place that I have renew my lease. The neighborhood is extremely quite and safe. I am going on my third year at Gateway. You are surrounded by everything that you would need. The prices are more than reasonable. They do not have ridiculous application fees, monthly fees, etc. You will not find any other apartments in this area at these prices. Maintenance is excellent. I definitely recommend Gatway.
