my neighbor snors From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   yes, you can hear everything going on next door. i have had thicker walls in cheap motels. maintanance is pretty good, needed imediate attetion for an airconditioner on a hot day and it was taken care of within hours. The draw back is there were several residents that would let their friends come over to use the volleyball court. Loud music, and all of the parking spots gone really angered me. I approached managment and they "assured" me that these were residents there. I know they weren't but at least the music was toned down.
