Mixed Feelings From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I had a 9 month lease with our townhouse and the overall experience was pretty good until we tried to move out. We were told we didn't need to give a 60 days notice to move out and then we had to pay for an extra 60 days. The air conditioner and heat are so loud you cannot even hear your TV and the walls are so thin you can hear every word your neighbors speak! The whole complex is full of rowdy kids and trucks that take up 2-3 spots for parking. Maintenance is great and very responsive but the management is very strict and un-willing to work with you on any issue. We had huge spider and ant problems the whole time we lived here. The townhouses are pretty nice for what you pay but the community and management are not very professional.
