Never Again! From: byebyegayton Date posted: 8/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Great location, great....oh yeah-that's all that's good about this place! Office staff is rude and condescending, maintenance is awful, swimming pool attendent is annoying, parking lots are filled with mud encrusted overloaded work vehicles, and the rent keeps getting higher! And to you who are going to respond by saying "you must not pay your rent" or " why don't you just move then'" here's my answer - I always pay my rent -ON TIME, and moving costs money as you know - 4 months rent to DGC plus renting a new place, plus moving expenses is not feasible for most people! Go with a more reputable company- save yourself the hassles and headaches!
