People in the office are very disorganized and unprofessional including the new manager. They never pick up the phone or return voice mails. The apartment itself is ok. However, dealing with the office staff makes it very unpleasant to live there.

I completely agree. (And) make sure you look at your apartment first. They will try to sell you on the model by telling you that all apartments look like the model. They do not! Some have 30 year-old cabinets (gross), sinks, flooring and appliances. I was shocked and never would have moved in had I known. The office staff has been incredibly unprofessional and a complete and utter nightmare to deal with, if they deal with you at all (they do not return phone calls, even in emergencies). I lived here 14 years ago, and now the resident quality is terrible. It used to be nice, but they need new management and they need to screen the residents better. There are six people living in the place next to me!! I think four is suppossed to be the max.
