Not student friendly.

I heard about Georgetown from an apartment magazine under student housing. I am ending my lease after one year. I like to think I am pretty responsible, but as soon as I had a few friends over for a cookout outside I had the neighbors call and complain. The walls are paper thin, and if you are outside be prepared for everyone in the next two rows to hear your conversation. If you are young and file a request -prepare to wait. They cater to the older residents. I wait the entire summer for my AC to work. (My friends lived 5 rows down so this was not just for me.) If there is a noise complaint they immediately go students. The management is disorganized; one person will tell you one thing and the other a different thing. Utilities are expensive here and there is no such thing as hot water. Also if you pay for the upgrades make sure you receive all of them. I paid for both bathroom and kitchen upgrades and so did my friends. They have a better bathroom and my sink was never changed out to the upgraded one even though they told us it did. They told me only dogs under 25lbs were allowed but they're huge dogs everywhere and owners do not clean up after them.
