I have lived here for several years. The rent is expensive for the nothing you get. Yes, there is plenty of storage but no w/d; dishwasher, nothing. The rent JUMPS about $30/year. The property office is okay - they have gotten a lot better. My neighbor thinks he lives in a ghetto or something b/c he thows his trash in the yard, bangs on wall at midnight...hmm see a problem'''
