I have lived here for almost 4 years. The place is fine if you don't need service, information, a response, and don't care when your neighbor bangs on walls, blares the TV, or throws his trash in your mailslot. Yes, lovely people. When you ask questions they are ignored and Thalhimers very specifically Robin Edmonds will spout trash and then ignore letters/calls.

If you want to waste your money PLEASE move here. All you get is space. No washer/dryer; dishwasher, pool, fitness center. You DO get old appliances, faulty A/C units; poor maintanance (DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE as they won't respond & then forget); and the property manager on-site is worthless.

They recently painted...my metal door is white...the door is black (and the painter apparently painted the same day they cut the grass so now bugs & cut grass are stuck in my door) and the trim is tan...do I feel as if I live in the ghetto''' Yes.

Oh and let's not forget the ground crew. Expect to clean up LARGE amounts of grass from UNSIDE your unit weekly.
