I've lived here a little over a year now. Every month when I go into the office to drop off my check, there's a whole new staff. They always seem nice and accomidating to my needs, but it's just a facade. The central air promised in the adversiting has not worked all summer. I have turned in COUNTLESS request to maintence and nothing has come about. My neighbor's A/C unit was broken and leaking water into her apartment. THis caused the floor in her aptartment and the hallway to buckle. It took over a month for maintence to fix the problem. Randomly the gas or hot water will be shut off for a week or so with NO warning and by "no apparent" fault of the landlord. The parking lot in rear was originally included in the lease, but now is an extra charge. At least once a month I see cars (including my own) that have been side-swiped over night with damage from a broken mirror to a "totaled" car. Parking on the street can rage from out front to a couple blocks away. They expect you to live up to every detail in the lease yet they do nothing. There is no-way to break they lease, except pay the full amount, or $1000 and have the responsibilty of finding a new renter to move in the day you move out. Over all I give this company an F.
