Everything written about these people is true. They are Slumlords who look for ways to scam you. They are rude and treat you like dirt. You are charged late fees even when you pay your rent on time. The laundry facilities are dirty and the machines often do not work.

Note the cheap pipes (more like plastic toys) that deliver your lukewarm water from the cheap inefficient water heaters that replaced the gas boiler that used to provide hot water.
