I've been at River City Court (Gilmour Court) for a little over 6 months now and I love it! All of the people (tenants AND staff) are great! Me and my dogs really feel welcome. I'm not sure why some crybabies would try to "sneak" animals into their apartments - then get mad when they get caught, or pay their rent late and spout off here on the message boards when they get charged a late fee.

I pay my rent on time.
I pay for my animals.
I have no problems.

I LOVE River City!!!

-Roaches -Sinking ceilings and floors -30 complaints listed with the BBB. They have chosen to no longer respond t complaints and have an unsatisfactory rating. -Have not been renovated since they were built in the 1930's (they still have metal radiators). -One parking permit, you have to pay $30 for additional parking permits for the tiny poorly lit parking lot. -Rude unethical rental office staff (who have posted all the positive comments here)
