I'm not sure why someone posted a picture of roaches taken from the internet and then someone else posted three pictures of the same ceiling leak, but I LOVE my River City Court apartment.
Folks, these buildings are NOT new construction. They were built in the 1930's. That's part of their charm. From time to time, a ceiling will leak. A roof will need repair. Posting three pics of the same hole only shows the lenghts to which some people will go to show... nothing.
I highly recommend River City Real Estate and River City Court!

Yeah...charming mold, charming rats and charming roaches. Charming, uncontrolled dog ---- everywhere. Charming lead content in the paint chips that are constantly pushed onto the floors by mold growth. Charming idiot president who must be sticking the property owner's daughter to get a job he can't competently do.
