If you're here to write a complaint about River City Real Estate, I suggest leaving it at one listing. Repeat postings put you at the same level as the RCR office staff. List your complaints and stories, and try as best as possible to keep emotion out of it. Post pictures if you have them, but please post real pictures. "...try as best as possible to keep emotion out of it" TRANSLATION: You tenants are simply unstable "...please post real pictures" TRANSLATION: Since you have no real complaints - please do not continue to post your made up nonsense complete with internet clip art! Well, at least you finally acknowledge the stupidity of you and your staff. That's half of the battle! There's no made up nonsense anywhere. It is a fact that these buildings are infested with roaches. The grounds are infested with the rats that live in the basements. Fact. The walkways are becoming dangerously cracked and broken, with gaping holes around them. Fact. The parking lot has a fast growing pit in it...the giant metal slab you threw over it is unsecured and now moved away from the hole. There are large chunks of broken concrete around it. Fact.
