FACT: The RCRA has a handful of disgruntled members.
FACT: More than HALF of them do not live with River City or will be gone soon.
FACT: RCRA members steal from their employers in both time and resources.
FACT: Their "Treasurer" was EVICTED because she couldn't even handle her OWN money.
FACT: Read your lease, pay your rent, follow the rules and you'll have NO PROBLEMS!

The rental office staff posted this fake review. They (Sarah in particular) also discloses the personal information of tenants they don't like on the internet.

Actually, the proper grammar would be "Why HAVEN'T", not "Why HASN'T." If you're going to mock the tenants, you need to be more intelligent than them. Your incorrect usage of the English language proves that we, the tenants you mock, are much smarter and can outwit your coy little games. Oh, River City - how you make us laugh. We HASN'T had this much fun in a long time!

When I moved out through no fault of River City, Comcast forgot to turn my cable service off for two months after I moved out. Comcast wanted proof I moved out before and asked me to present a letter from River City stating I moved out. To my utter shock & disbelief they refused to give me a brief statement on their letterhead just stating I moved out. It's bad enough the apartments are shoddy, moldy and have roaches but the poor customer service from the rental office is the icing on the cake!

I counted the days down for months and was finally paroled from the lease. The guy seemed disappointed at my walk through, it's because he couldn't find anything wrong to try and keep my security deposit! -Roaches -Sinking ceilings and floors -30 complaints listed with the BBB. If you want to deal with the big red roaches they have exactly like the ones in the photos, sinking ceilings- EXACTLY like the ones in the photos, sinking floors and moldy bathrooms, Gilmour Court aka River City is the place for you!
