River City Real Estate is an incredily incompetent and malicious company. The only thing it is good at is screwing you out of your money. The company president/c.o.o. is a thoroughly loathsome individual and he doesn't care how much suffering he puts his tenants through. Beware of Gilmour Court/River City Court, the Parachute Factory, and any other place that these slumlords own. Rent is cheap, but you will pay more in the long run, believe me.
