I love River City Court.
Every now and then, you get a few losers (like those deadbeats who keep repeating their FAKE pics and stories), but over all this is a great place to live.
If you can just ignore those with chronic mental illness, you'll be fine!

I would only guess that "deadbeats" refer to those who don't pay their rent or don't abide by their lease... you know, like the your LEADER?

Who'd want to live somewhere that doesn't perform background checks and rents to deadbeats and those with "chronic mental illness?" That just shows that River City doesn't care.

Who'd want to live somewhere where the office staff calls their tenants (i.e. the source of their income so they can have jobs) "deadbeats", and slanders them by saying they have mental illnesses? Certainly not me. Rent from Pollard & Bagby - they're SO much better!
