I JUST LOVE RIVER CITY!!!
There have been a few emotionally disturbed people who have posted multiple ratings here - but I just want to say, that for the price, River City has been the BEST!

Actually, I moved away from River City. I now have another company, and have MORE square footage for LESS cost, and NO pest or rodent problems, PLUS, free off street parking. WOW! Other companies offer much better deals for even cheaper prices!! Oh, and the office staff at my new rental company is great...they might all be old, and their office right out of the 70's, but at least they know the law, are kind and courteous, and most of all HONEST with their tenants.

River City has 30 complaints listed with the BBB. They have chosen to no longer respond to complaints and have an unsatisfactory/F rating.
