It seems that every time the same people post one of the same negative comments, someone posts two - three new positives ones. Either way, River City's numbers just keep going up! Why, over at the Parachute Factory's link, their ratings have landed them in the BEST APARTMENTS IN RICHMOND category.

In any event, I love my River City Court apartment.

Exactly the leasing staff is posting positive ones. No one enjoys living in these ratholes! To anyone truly considering this dump please start at the 9/29/08 post and work down for an accurate idea of these roach infested, toxic mold, sinking ceiling & floor ratholes.
