-Roaches

-Sinking ceilings and floors

-30 complaints listed with the BBB. They have chosen to no longer respond t complaints and have an unsatisfactory/F rating. River City Real Estate is the only real estate business in the Richmond Better Business Bureau database with 26-99 complaints in the past 36 months.

-Have not been renovated since they were built in the 1930's (they still have metal radiators).

-One parking permit, you have to pay $30 for additional parking permits for the tiny poorly lit parking lot.

-Rude unethical rental office staff (who have posted all the positive comments here)
