Hey everyone - I actually LIVE at River City Court. I love it.
If you read these "reviews" you will see post after repeat post from a few disgrunlted people - some of whom don't even rent from River City, some of whom are simply bad tenants.

I'm here to tell you - no matter what any of these lunatics post; River City Court is the BEST value for your money.

Cheap rent.
Off-street parking.
On-site laundry.

River City Court is GREAT!

River City Real Estate is run by unethical, lazy people with little intelligence or social conscience. They spend their work days posting warped, crazed rants all over the internet. Do you have any idea how long it takes to set up the dozens upon dozens of fake email addresses as River City employees have done? Their president is a feckless liar who is incapable of interacting with customers on a professional level. Their secretary is completely unhinged. River City's time has come.

The leasing agents are immature common trash they post fake reviews all over the internet even using the names of tenants they don't like maliciously on the internet even threatening to divulge personal information. I checked out your "link" and all I saw was a SCREEN NAME for "RCocoran". The only one I've seen that have listed actual tenant names is YOU. What a lunatic you must be! If I was Ryan Cocoran - I'd sue YOU!

No the rental office is the reason people know who Ryan is. Your a complete moron to revel in the fact the River City properties are 6 & 8 only because of number of post over half of which are negative (& 98% of the positive came directly from the rental office). River City is nowhere to be found if you look under percentages. Get an education!

Boy- you REALLY showed them! "...search for the BEST RATED APARTMENTS IN RICHMOND" sounds like the "BEST RATED APARTMENTS IN RICHMOND" to me... but what do I know? I'm a "psychosarah" (whatever that is). And like it or NOT - it was YOU who posted the name of a tenant, NOT River City. BUT, thanks to crackpots like you - their ratings have SKYROCKETED across here, yahoo, google, citysearch, and the list goes on and on and on... GREAT JOB, MORON!!!!

Hi there. Being Ryan Corcoran himself, I can help straighten this out. While one instance of posting my name and/or initials wouldn't stand out, a huge slew of instances will. Especially combined with River City's long list of false charges, rude emails, outright threats and blatant retaliatory acts. Combine this further with the creation and incorporation (as a legal entity) of a tenant's association that has been charged by the tenants of River City Real Estate to investigate and act on similar claims, and it starts to look pretty bad. Especially when the names of the association's governing body begin to appear all over the internet, in combination with details about their account standings. Total these things together, not counting all the rest (building code violations, pest infestations, poor lighting, etc.) and a clear picture is painted. So hey, I'm Ryan Corcoran. I'm a tenant of River City Real Estate, and I am one of many standing up to speak out about the poor job River City Real Estate is doing with their properties and tenants. And I can certainly tell you who's not getting sued.

In the meantime, search for the best rated apartments in Richmond: The list isn't the best to the worst its a drop box and you search by either the # of reviews (of course your at the top because of repetitive fake reviews by the rental office staff), recommended % (in which River City properties are no where to be found at the top of the 180 apartments, lol) or alphabetical order. Take a computer class!

wow, so some of these posts are actually from River City employees it sounds like. I looked up your court records. Looks like I'm going to own your ass in court. Hahaha, I wonder what the judge will think when i print off a few of these pages.
