Some people continue to demonstrate that they have NO LIFE - and despite, not getting paid (or ANYONE caring), he/she will just keep lurking internet message boards and post nonsense.
I've read the back and fourth on this site- and all I can say is this- I live at the Gilmour/River City Court and I LOVE it.
MOST of the problems listed (pet waste, noise, etc.) are the fault of the TENANTS - no River City. In fact, when River City takes action against these bad neighbors, that's when the "ratings" on this site go down. Nonsense. River City Real Estate - and River City Court in particular, is the BEST VALUE in the Richmond area. I pay less than $700 a month (plus $35 for my dog) and I get a GIANT apartment with hardwood floors, exposed brick, in-room laundry and off-street parking! I LOVE IT!

False. River City is playing numbers, at the expense of the community. The buildings are not maintained. The grounds are infested with rats. The lighting is bad and people get raped and mugged at gunpoint. These are slumlords of the worst kind. They are bad people with no social conscience of any kind. The management is not qualified to care for these buildings, this community or these residents.

-Roaches -Sinking ceilings and floors -30 complaints listed with the BBB. They have chosen to no longer respond t complaints and have an unsatisfactory rating. http://richmond.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx'site=85&bbb -Have not been renovated since they were built in the 1930's (they still have metal radiators). -One parking permit, you have to pay $30 for additional parking permits for the tiny poorly lit parking lot. -Rude unethical rental office staff (who have posted all the positive comments here)

River City has 30 complaints listed with the BBB. They have chosen to no longer respond to complaints and have an unsatisfactory/F rating. River City Real Estate is the only real estate business in the Richmond Better Business Bureau database with 26-99 complaints in the past 36 months. http://richmond.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx?site=85&bbb=060 30
