Roaches, sinking ceilings and floors, toxic mold, 30 complaints listed with the BBB. They have chosen to no longer respond t complaints and have an unsatisfactory rating.

One parking permit, you have to pay $30 for additional parking permits for the tiny poorly lit parking lot. Rude unethical rental office staff (who have posted all the positive comments here), No apartment complex gets multiple ratings a day.
